Directions: Boil the included Tea Bath with at least 10 cups or more of water. Boil for 5 or more minutes, then allow it to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Prepare a bath with warm water, and pour in the bath salts. Then pour in the tea infusion. Sit in the bath for at least 20 minutes, and meditate on your desired intention.
